The transient is possibly associated with NGC4466; an r=13.58 mag galaxy found in the NED-D/SDSS/LASR/DESI catalogues. Its located 7.56" N, 6.81" W (1.4 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host distance of 29.8 Mpc(z=0.003) implies a m - M = 32.37.
