The transient is possibly associated with NGC4370; an r=12.31 mag galaxy found in the NED-D/SDSS/LASR/DESI catalogues. Its located 7.70" S, 8.10" E (1.8 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host distance of 35.9 Mpc(z=0.003) implies a m - M = 32.78.
