The transient is possibly associated with NGC4466; an r=13.58 mag galaxy found in the NED/NED-D/SDSS/LASR/DESI catalogues. Its located 1.48" S, 7.13" W (1.0 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host distance of 29.8 Mpc(z=0.003) implies a m - M = 32.37.
